General draft policy for the current NexusFlow platform. These terms require review and completion by the platform operator before a real-money service is offered.
Simulation is not exchange execution
Positions and AI sessions shown in the current platform are simulated, not trades routed to a regulated exchange. A chart's market data does not make simulated execution real. Account balances and manually approved requests do not prove custody or settlement of blockchain assets.
Volatility and leverage
Crypto prices can move sharply. Leveraged exposure magnifies losses as well as gains. In this simulation a closed position's loss is capped at the held margin, but there is no continuous automatic liquidation engine. Real exchange liquidation, funding costs, slippage and fees may behave differently.
AI outcomes
AI session outcomes are selected from configured ranges. They do not demonstrate genuine predictive accuracy or profitable trading. Past or displayed results do not predict future returns, and no profit is guaranteed.
Transfers and operational risk
Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. Wrong addresses or networks may cause permanent loss. Manual request status does not confirm an on-chain payment. Outages, third-party feed failures and security incidents can disrupt access or information.
