Privacy Policy
General draft policy for the current NexusFlow platform. These terms require review and completion by the platform operator before a real-money service is offered.
Information collected
The platform stores account email and profile details, saved settings, trading records, funding requests and support messages. If you submit identity verification, it also stores your identity details, account-use answers, identity document images and selfie. Authentication handles password credentials; passwords are not displayed to administrators.
How information is used
Information is used to maintain your account, preserve settings between devices, process requests, review identity evidence, provide support and protect the service. Do not send passwords, recovery phrases or private keys through support.
Access and safeguards
Account records are restricted to their account holder, with authorized administrative access for review and support. Identity files are stored privately and accessed using time-limited links. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers and third parties
Hosting, account authentication and storage providers process data needed to deliver the service. Embedded TradingView charts and market-data providers may receive browser or network information under their own policies. The operator must maintain an accurate provider list before production use.
Browser storage
Browser storage keeps your signed-in session. Third-party embedded services may use cookies or similar technology. This draft does not represent a completed cookie audit; the operator must review cookie consent requirements for its audience.
Retention and your choices
Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information. Requests require identity checks and may be subject to legal retention duties. The operator must establish specific retention periods, legal processing bases and a privacy contact before production operation.
Children and policy updates
The service is not intended for people under 18. Privacy practices may change as the service develops; the updated policy should identify material changes. The operator must complete relevant jurisdictional rights and international-transfer disclosures.
